We collect information you submit through our intake form (name, contact information, and a description of your matter). We also receive standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer) and may use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage in aggregate.

How we use it

Intake submissions are used solely to evaluate whether the firm can represent you. They are routed to firm staff via secure systems hosted on Google Cloud. We do not sell, rent, or share intake information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Security

All website traffic is served over HTTPS. Intake submissions are transmitted to Google Cloud infrastructure protected by Google-managed encryption in transit and at rest. Form submissions are protected against automated abuse using Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses essential first-party cookies and may use Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; doing so will not prevent the site from functioning.

Your choices

You may request that we delete information you have submitted through the intake form by emailing mountainjusticelaw@gmail.com. We will honor reasonable requests subject to our recordkeeping obligations under the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.
